As a buyer, you have the right to inform Patricia Pie within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product that you withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason for your decision.

This provision does not apply to products that have been personalized and manufactured according to your specific measurements/wishes and are therefore unique.- Perfect Fit orders

Upon receipt of your notice of withdrawal, we will notify you within 5 business days of the decision on the refund of the purchase price, after which the provider of payment services with credit cards (Stripe) or Barbara Franji / S.P. (if you make a payment on the bank account) will return the payment received within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The buyer must return the goods to the seller’s address no later than 7 days after the notice of withdrawal from the order. The only cost that the buyer incurs in connection with the withdrawal from the order is the direct cost of returning the goods.

The buyer must return the item to the seller undamaged, in unchanged quantity, with a label, except in the event that the item is destroyed, broken, lost or its quantity has decreased without the buyer being guilty.

When returning the goods, the buyer also attaches an invoice for the goods and personal data, as well as a transaction account to which he wants to receive the returned payment. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

When withdrawing from the contract where the promotional code was used these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the account of the user, and the promotional code in the form of a new code is returned to the user at the same time. When withdrawing from the contract, the gift certificate is taken into account as a means of payment and returned to the user as a gift certificate
