You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, without stating a reason.
The provision regarding withdrawal does not apply to personalized products that have been made to your specific measurements/preferences.
After receiving the notice of withdrawal, we will issue a decision on the return within 5 working days. The return will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the purchased clothing.

The goods must be returned undamaged, in the same quantity, in the original packaging, with the label, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost or the reduced quantity is not caused by the buyer.
When returning the goods, attach the invoice, personal data and transaction IBAN. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of undamaged and unused clothing
Please note that we cannot exchange or accept the return of a garment with visible signs of wear.
When withdrawing where a promotional code has been used, it is taken as a discount and is not returned in cash. The amount paid is returned to the user’S account, and the promotional code is returned as a new code.
The gift certificate is considered as a means of payment and is returned to the user in the form of a new gift certificate.
