You can return the garment within 14 days from the date of purchase
Please note that this rule does not apply to personalized Perfect Fit products, which are made according to your specific preferences and measurements, as they are unique
You can send the request for product return and contract withdrawal to our address info@patriciapie.com
Upon receiving your notification, we will issue a refund decision within five business days, which will be processed within 14 days of receiving your notification, in accordance with EU legislation
You must return the product undamaged, with the original tag, within 7 days of withdrawing from the contract. The product must not be worn and must be returned in its original condition
When returning the product, please include the receipt, personal information, and your bank account for the refund. When using a promotional code, the amount is considered a discount and will not be refunded. Only the paid amount will be refunded to your bank account, while the promotional code will be replaced with a new one. A gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and will be refunded in the form of a new gift voucher
